We want every reader who orders a sample item from Chodyrexhrexeu to feel relaxed about the decision. This Return Policy explains when items can be returned, how the process works, and how refunds are handled.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving your item. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
2. Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them;
- In their original packaging, with all included accessories and documentation;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Items that are visibly damaged, modified, or missing parts may be refused or eligible for only a partial refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or made-to-order items, gift cards and downloadable digital guides are not eligible for return.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our editorial team through the Contacts page with your order number, the item you wish to return and a short description of the reason. We will reply with return instructions, including the address to ship the item to.
Please do not send items back without first speaking with us — unannounced returns may be delayed or refused.
5. Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) business days to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.
7. Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please mention this in your initial request. Exchanges are subject to availability of the alternative item; we will let you know if an exchange is possible before you ship the original item back.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery, ideally with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The version of the policy that applies to your order is the version in effect on the date of your purchase.
